Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and team members to ensure all aspects of events are handled smoothly.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze post-event feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or sales coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using event management software and CRM systems.
