Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and team members to ensure all aspects of events are handled smoothly.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
- Analyze post-event feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in event planning or sales coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and vendors.Proficiency in using event management software and CRM systems.Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
