The ELSR position reports to our Field Training and Sales leadership team, who truly values, listens, and cares about your success in and out of the office. Position Responsibilities :

  • Compare, present, and explain options.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns.
  • Accurately document client information including, but not limited to address, billing information, account package, preferences etc.
  • Document client feedback effectively to improve client retention.
  • Prospect for new business / referrals
