About the Role

The Chief of Staff will oversee organizational management, including goal setting, and will be the main liaison for organizational risk, ensuring that the company is prepared to navigate both internal and external threats. Additionally, the role involves supporting program planning, coordinating with the staff union, and leading personnel management, including training, conflict resolution, and budget alignment.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in organizational leadership, with a proven track record of making high-level decisions in a collaborative setting. The role requires expertise in project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
