Regional Sales Director

Established Search is supporting a leading organisation within the Medical Aesthetics sector to recruit an outstanding Regional Sales Director for the South Centra region. This is a key commercial leadership overseeing one of the highest potential territories in the business.

The Role

As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead a high performing team of field sales professionals, drive regional revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with key clinics, dermatologists, surgeons and aesthetic practitioners. You will be responsible for both strategic oversight and hands‑on support to ensure the region delivers against ambitious commercial targets.

You will be responsible for :

• Leading, coach and develop a regional sales team to hit and exceed targets.
• Build and execute territory‑level commercial strategies to accelerate adoption and expand market share.
• Partner closely with marketing, clinical education and service teams to support successful product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Drive high‑impact customer engagement through training events, workshops, conferences and key account planning.
