About the Role

We are looking for driven and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Account Managers. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position offering performance-based pay with uncapped earning potential . You’ll work with warm leads, build client relationships, and guide them toward solutions that protect what matters most. No prior sales or insurance experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

What You’ll Do

Connect with prospective clients who have requested information

Conduct virtual or phone consultations to assess their needs

Recommend tailored products and services

Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in our system

Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
