Your Role : Clinical Leadership & Resident Advocacy

As the RN, you are the clinical anchor on your unit. You will be responsible for the total well-being of your assigned residents, serving as the critical link between the patient, their family, and the physician.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Clinical Direction : Serve as the Charge Nurse, mentoring and directing the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) staff to ensure the highest standard of daily resident care.
• Comprehensive Assessment : Perform thorough, timely patient evaluations, recognizing subtle changes in condition, and implementing immediate, appropriate interventions.
• Care Planning & Execution : Develop, implement, and direct personalized care goals focused on maximizing resident independence and recovery throughout their stay.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Actively collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate holistic, multidisciplinary care strategies that address all resident needs (physical, emotional, and spiritual).
• Medication Management : Safely and accurately administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Safety & Compliance : Champion patient safety by adhering strictly to all safety, infection control, and environmental standards.
