Web Developer (Marketing, GTM)
Location : Norcross, GA 30092 or Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote : 2-3 days in the office per week
Travel : Quarterly company events in Cincinnati

Responsibilities :
- As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work on building digital go-to-market experiences
- Executing strategies and tactics across web channels through storytelling and design
- Helping to create comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy – focusing on filling the top of the funnel and optimizing conversions
- Building and maintaining web pages, user interfaces, and interactive digital experiences
- Working with an experiment-first mindset, pushing the team to test and learn, measuring and reporting results
- Implementing PPC strategies like keyword research and A / B testing
- Leveraging various APIs to pull in dynamic web content, building reusable libraries and code
Requirements :
3+ years of front end web development experienceStrong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive design1+ year of experience building websites with HubSpot and WordPressExperience with CRM systems like Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, and / or GCP is preferredExperience with PHP, Python, MySQL, Git, and / or HUBLWeb analytics experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJarExperience with A / B testing and content targetingStrong eye for UI / UX design for web and mobile applicationsBenefits :
