Job Description :

Management of building science projects and related environmental health and safety projects within Chubb Risk Consultings client service network with primary focus on the on the Mid-Atlantic region. The core areas of responsibility include management of asbestos lead-based paint mold indoor air quality and other related projects on behalf of internal and external clients across a variety of industries.

Candidates will have 10 years of verifiable experience in performing and managing complex asbestos lead and mold assessment and remediation management projects.

Responsibilities Include :

• Budgeting project planning scope of work development proposal preparation project scheduling and coordination coordination of subcontractors and vendors interfacing with analytical laboratories bid solicitation and procurement tracking of project progress maintenance of project schedules and budgets preparation of technical reports and other work product in accordance with client and regulatory requirements data management quality control invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators.
• Oversee work product quality of internal parties and affiliates and adherence to account service instructions.
• Manage work product deliverable schedule and work product retention per Chubb Risk Consulting Policy

Qualifications

The pay range for the role is $84100 to $136320. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package more details on which can be found on our careers website . The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.

Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for qualified new hires subject to employment status.
