Sr. Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects, with a focus on application development or ERP / CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Lead projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery within defined constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and senior leadership, to define project requirements and objectives.
• Utilize Jira and / or Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and Agile practices.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are integrated into project workflows.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project dashboards and executive summaries.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
