Howmet Aerospace has an opening for Production Supervisor at our Wichita Falls Facility. The Production Supervisor is required to follow all Howmet Aerospace safety regulations, policies and all department specific requirements. The Supervisor will direct and motivate the Department to produce product of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner and ensure that scheduling meets business and customer needs.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts. 2 positions are available on Shift A and C. from 7 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. ( 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)
- 2 positions for Shift B and D from 7 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 a.m. (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)

Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institutionEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts.Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have good team building skills, excellent people skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented.Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.About Us
