Salary : Starting Pay is $17.00 per hour

Hours : 12-hour Shifts - 6 : 00am to 6 : 00pm

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Multi-Machine Operator to join our team. As a CNC Multi-Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Your expertise in machining processes and ability to operate multiple machines will be crucial in ensuring efficient production and meeting our customer's specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and prepare CNC machines for operation by installing and adjusting cutting tools, securing workpieces, and loading programs.
• Operate multiple CNC machines and monitor their performance to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the setup requirements and machining methods.
• Inspect machined parts using precision measuring equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to communicate any challenges or opportunities for process improvement.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
