Job Overview :

The Patient Care Technician functions under the direct supervision of a professional nurse. He / she performs specific duties and is considered an integral part of the nursing team. He / she will assist the nurse in gathering information and making observations regarding the patient's condition.

Qualifications : Required :

• High School Diploma
• BLS Certification through American Heart Association only
• Enrolled in a Nursing Program, current EMT certification, Medical Assistant Certified, Phlebotomist Certified, EKG tech or equivalent
