DevOps Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing CI / CD pipelines to support the refactoring and modernization of applications within the SailPoint IAM ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and scalability of IAM solutions. Key Responsibilities : Design, build, and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines for SailPoint application refactoring projects. Automate build, test, and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar. Collaborate with IAM architects and developers to integrate DevOps practices into SailPoint workflows. Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Ensure secure and compliant deployment practices aligned with IAM and enterprise security standards. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability. Support version control, branching strategies, and release management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in build and deployment processes. Document DevOps processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams. Required Qualifications : Proven experience in DevOps engineering, particularly in CI / CD pipeline development and management. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow is highly preferred. Strong scripting skills (, Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (, AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying IAM solutions in cloud environments. Understanding of IAM principles, access governance, and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : SailPoint certification or equivalent IAM experience. Experience with application refactoring or modernization projects. Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and IAM contexts. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
