Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)

4+ Years experience analyzing new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. Tests and diagnoses systems to ensure that critical requirements are met. Performs related work as assigned.

Additional Qualifications :

Analyze user needs, define the system’s scope, document requirements, and translate the user needs and requirements into functional specifications for the design of business systems. Developing functional specifications for business systems based on user needs and requirements

Developing programs and applications using object-oriented programming languages, client-server application development processes, multimedia, and Internet technology.

Level 2 Experience, which includes :

Performs moderately complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work.

Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Employees at this level may rely on direction from others to solve problems that are not standard and also assist other staff in performing work of greater complexity.

Additional Requirements

Must be local to the Austin area (No relocation candidates)

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass an E-Verify check
