Senior Business Banking Loan Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior Business Banking Loan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues for commercial clients and internal customers

Manage departmental meetings, including calendar invites and action items, and coordinate loan closing activities

Assist in gathering account documents and monitor loan and deposit openings, including making courtesy calls to new account customers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years of customer service experience in commercial banking / business banking

Knowledge of loan origination and closing processes

Understanding of banking laws and compliance issues

High School diploma or equivalent required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with banking software is preferred
