Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Platform Administrator with 12+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise managing MuleSoft environments, deployments, and platform administration. The role involves supporting platform operations, optimizing runtime environments, enhancing Mule applications, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality integrations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, build, deploy, and monitor MuleSoft artifacts on Runtime Fabric (RTF) hosted on Kubernetes clusters.

Configure policies and manage APIs using MuleSoft API Manager.

Optimize MuleSoft platform performance through monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.

Work with cross-functional technical and business teams to gather requirements and document detailed integration and process flows.

Support enhancements, maintenance, and deployment of existing Mule applications.

Implement best practices for MuleSoft packaging, deployment strategy, and API governance.

Configure and manage Anypoint Platform including identity management, client and access roles, VPN, and networking configurations.

Ensure security standards, reusable integration patterns, and platform reliability.

Collaborate effectively within a team environment to drive successful integration outcomes.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience as a MuleSoft Platform Administrator.

Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Runtime environment (Hybrid deployments) and Anypoint Platform.

Experience managing Runtime Fabric (RTF) and Kubernetes-based deployments.

Working knowledge of Linux commands and scripting for operational and admin tasks.

Understanding of enterprise integration patterns including Microservices, messaging, queuing, and API lifecycle management.

Experience implementing MuleSoft enterprise security concepts including client policies, role-based access, and secure API practices.

Technical Skills

Primary : MuleSoft Platform Admin, Mule 4.4+ and DataWeave

Good to Have : Java 8 / Java 17, Kubernetes, EKS, RTF, Linux, Splunk, networking concepts

Preferred Skills

Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for MuleSoft workloads.

Knowledge of CI / CD processes and DevOps practices related to Mule deployments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
