Job Summary
Lead the culinary and hospitality program across multiple venues, creating an atmosphere that guests talk about.
Develop and execute a hospitality strategy that integrates seamlessly with the community’s wellness and lifestyle offerings.
Champion innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of hospitality that reflects Montereau’s mission to provide an exceptional quality of life.
Deliver refined, high‑end dining experiences and craft elevated moments that impact guests daily.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and satisfaction.
Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures.
Cultivate a welcoming and exclusive environment for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans that enhance overall guest experiences.
Hire, train, mentor, and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee event planning and social activities, ensuring they meet the club’s high standards and guest expectations.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and driving efficiencies.
Extensive wine and spirits knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, influence, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Education : Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or country club environment.
Skills : Proven track record delivering exceptional guest experiences and financial stewardship.
Attributes : Passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire and lead a team.
Certifications : Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
