Exposure to Splunk, Datadog, Kibana or other log analysis and telemetry tools
In Denver and available to work most days in the office
Curious, energetic and good communication skills
Plusses :
IP or traditional video experience a plus
Technical support experience a plus
Day to Day / Project :
This person will be focused on troubleshooting direct customer escalations for the video products, they have oversight into all of video teams including set top boxes (ODN), legacy guide, IP Video, etc
