Job Summary

Were seeking a Business Development Strategist to drive growth across our practice areas by expanding our referral network and deepening community engagement. This is a highly mobile, relationship-focused role youll be out in the Houston community meeting with referral partners, attending events, and representing the firm with professionalism and warmth.

Youll work closely with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and ensure our services reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with firm goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (financial planners, CPAs, care providers, etc.)
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across estate planning, elder law, and probate
  • Collaborate with attorneys and intake team to refine client experience and conversion
  • Travel throughout Houston to meet with partners, attend workshops, and represent the firm at networking events
  • Track outreach efforts, lead sources, and conversion metrics
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and content planning
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or professional services marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily across the Greater Houston area
