Clinical Analyst

Salary Rate : $96000

• Establish and build key partnerships with operations leaders
• Promote the use of technology in clinical roles
• Provide support to end users
• Facilitate training on clinical technologies to support large scale implementations
• Work closely with system analyst(s) to develop system enhancements to improve user experience and embed clinical best practices
• Understand clinical data metrics and create specialized reporting
• Perform audits to ensure quality of data
• Create documentation in support of any newly developed enhancements or changes to business practices
• Continue education; stay on top of emerging trends and technologies

Qualifications :

Level of Formal Education : Bachelors preferred or work-related experience

Area of Study : Nursing

Years of Experience : 3 years

Type of Experience : Clinical implementation

Language Skills : Articulate communicator with excellent skills in English both written and verbal

Skills and Ability : Clinical expertise specializing in Senior Housing

Information Systems : Electronic Health Records / Medication Management

Personal Attributes : Creative Detail Oriented
