Hi! I’m Jason, and we own a Jersey Mike’s store in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We’ve been open for over a year now and have built an incredible team of crew members and shift leaders. Now, as part of an expanding franchise group , we’re looking for motivated assistant managers who are ready to grow with us and train to become general managers as we continue to open new locations!

Hours and Pay

Our store is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM , and this position is full-time with occasional overtime.

Assistant managers start at $20–$22 / hour, plus the potential for $4–$6 / hour in tips. That means you could be making up to $28 / hour on busy shifts!
