Accounts Payable Supervisor

Accounts Payable Supervisor – Temp to Hire Pay :  $40.00 to $45.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor with experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.  This role involves overseeing a small AP team and managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including high-volume invoice processing and vendor reconciliations.

Hands on role and will be involved in the daily AP process from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities for the AP Supervisor : Supervise and mentor a team of two Accounts Payable staffOversee full-cycle AP functions : 2-3 way matching, purchase orders, and invoice processingProcess up to 100 invoices per dayPerform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesEnsure timely and accurate payments, working closely with other departmentsReview and approve AP reports and manage payment runsResponsible for the check runs, ACH and wire paymentsProvide guidance and training to AP staff as neededMaintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders   Requirements for the AP Supervisor : 3+ years of supervisory experience in APHigh-volume AP experience, including purchase orders and 2-3 way matchingBilingual in Spanish is highly preferredStrong Excel skills
