How You'll Make a Difference
You will be responsible for leading the Chapter Operations Analyst (COA) team across North America. This role ensures operational excellence, timely execution of deliverables, and strategic alignment with regional priorities. The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification, demonstrates advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, and excels in people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.
What You'll Bring to the Role
PMP certification preferred. Proven expertise in Smartsheet, including dashboard creation, automation, and reporting. 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a matrixed or nonprofit environment. Strong background in chapter or community operations, governance, and volunteer engagement. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with KPI tracking, performance reporting, and process improvement. Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising distributed teams and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. PMP certification or equivalent project management experience, with a strong grasp of project lifecycle, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, including dashboard creation, automation, and cross-functional reporting. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a track record of delivering operational and strategic results while balancing consistency and localization. Highly developed organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to think and execute across a multi-year strategic horizon. Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead productive discussions. Demonstrated ability to define, track, and apply performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and accountability. Strong business acumen, with a history of achieving measurable results and cultivating long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Digital fluency, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms. Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to navigating change and solving unexpected challenges. Proficiency in English, PMI's business language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
