Summary :

The Production Engineering Department is seeking a Mechanical Designer that will be responsible for drawing, modeling, and designing projects from the Sales, Engineering and R&D Groups. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and provide support on production-related matters which include but are not limited to applying Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing for manufacturing processes for both sheet metal, CNC machining, and grinding standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Technology / CAD Design Degree (Minimum Requirement)
• Efficient in 2D and 3D modeling (Required)
• Math : Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra and Physics (Required)
• Good computer skills
• Must be a self-starter with effective communication skills
• Desire to learn, and desire to advance the department’s performance output
• Positive Attitude
• Desire to work on a team
• Practical experience in manufacturing a plus : Machining, Welding, Electrical-Mechanical Assembly
