Job Description :

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction management and gain hands-on experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and be ready to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist senior project managers in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports on status, milestones, and any issues.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and strategy discussions.

Qualifications :

  • Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles (formal education or coursework in construction management is a plus but not necessary) .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in daily operations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving record required (Due to the need to travel between job sites).

    • Compensation :

  • Starting salary : [$ 40,000.00 - $ 55,000.00 per year]
  • Performance-based raises and opportunities for advancement based on project success and individual performance.
  • To start there will be a 90-day trial period, after which your performance will be evaluated
