$90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Woodberry Associates seeks a Director to join its growing team of dynamic professionals.

Based in Washington, DC, Woodberry Associates specializes in policy advocacy, government relations and nonprofit management in health policy. Our team is creative, collaborative and committed to exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Required : 5+ years of experience in policy or government relations

• Excellent with written and verbal communication
• Adept in understanding legislative and regulatory processes
• Confident in health care / pharmaceutical policy
• Skilled at researching legislative, regulatory and policy issues
• Attentive to details and committed to producing polished products
• Organized and task oriented; able to manage multiple clients at once
• Adaptable to meet changing priorities
• Professional, solution oriented and collaborative
• Experience managing junior team members, with the confidence to lead
• Capitol Hill experience preferred

Salary & Benefits

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Washington, DC with health insurance, 401(k) and unlimited paid vacation. Salary range : $90,000-$130,000.
