As a Used Car Buyer / Trade-In Specialist , you are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and presenting vehicle values to our guests. Using our advanced digital tools, you will acquire vehicles for our used car department while creating a valuable guest experience for those looking to sell or trade in their vehicles.

What you'll be working on :

• Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle
• Using our technology to identify vehicles of interest within existing service appointments
• Creating exciting custom evaluations and presenting to both our sales and service guests
• Logging outreach and customer status updates in the CRM system
• Partnering with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordingly
• Occasionally attending car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store-level buying goals

What you need to bring to the table :

Salary : $36,000-$150,000 / annually
