Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process final and incoming inspections of materials and products according to specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges) to verify product dimensions.
• Document inspection results accurately including non-conformances and maintain detailed quality records.
• Identify and isolate non-conforming products initiating appropriate containment and disposition procedures.
• Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support corrective action implementation.
• Conduct routine calibration checks and maintenance on inspection and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and promote continuous improvement.
