Clinical Resource Nurse- Emergency Department

Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN looking for your next growth opportunity? Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit, Missouri is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to join the team in our busiest ED with Saint Luke's.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, organized nurse who is passionate about supporting their team, mentoring others, and driving excellence in patience care.

Shift : Full Time Nights, 40 hours a week (work 3 x 12-hour shifts a week and the other 4 hours can be from home completing meetings / audits).

What We're Looking For :

• RN licensed in MO (or compact state)
• 3+ years of ED RN experience

Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience :

3-5 years

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree
