Compensation Analyst
The Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in the development and execution of Resonetics' Total Rewards strategy by providing analytical expertise, program administration, and consultative support across multiple compensation areas, including broad-based compensation, executive compensation, long-term incentives (LTI), and sales incentive plans. This role ensures competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation practices that support the company's growth objectives and attract and retain top talent globally. The analyst partners with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
Core Compensation Support
- Conduct market pricing using salary surveys and benchmark data to support salary structures, job leveling, and compensation decisions across the organization
- Maintain and update internal pay bands, compensation guidelines, and job architecture frameworks
- Support the annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus calculations
Executive Compensation & Long-Term Incentive Programs
Assist in the design, modeling, and administration of executive compensation programs in partnership with senior HR leaders and FinanceSupport the administration of long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including equity grant modeling, vesting schedules, tracking, and reportingPrepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings as needed, including data and market insights for executive pay decisionsEnsure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements for executive and LTI programsCompliance, Reporting & Analysis
Ensure compensation practices are compliant with global and regional regulations and internal equity standardsPrepare standard and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards to support business leaders and HR partnersMonitor market trends and compensation best practices to inform program enhancementsSupport audits and internal reviews with accurate and timely dataRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in compensation roles, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environmentExperience administering compensation programs in multi-state environmentProficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or WTW) and experience conducting job evaluationsAdvanced Excel and data analysis skillsDemonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate across all levels / functionsDemonstrates a continuous improvement mindsetPreferred Qualifications
Global experience and understanding of regional compensation practices preferredExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) a plusExperience leveraging AI toolsPhysical Demands

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $78,000-101,000
