What you'll do as a Service Advisor : greet all customers promptly and professionally; provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate; provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner; answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry; review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer; proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information; provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer.
