We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of diverse construction projects. You’ll own budgeting, scheduling, safety, and team coordination to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec.

8+ years managing construction projectsBachelor’s in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or relatedProven leadership of internal teams and subsStrong estimating, scheduling, and cost control skillsFluent with contracts (Lump Sum, Design-Build, CMGC)Able to read drawings / specs; excellent communication & decision-makingWork Arrangement : 5 days / week in‑office (no hybrid / remote)Project Manager Responsibilities
Safety / Compliance : Enforce safety programs; stop work when needed.Estimating / Planning : Lead estimates; identify risks; build schedules / budgets; interpret drawings.Contracts / Legal : Manage change notices, delays, claims; align with owner obligations.Clients / Stakeholders : Maintain relationships; lead project meetings.Subs / Vendors : Source / negotiates; issue POs / subs; track performance & payments.Staff / Resources : Coordinate onsite teams; align resources with Division leadership.Financials : Monitor budgets & cost reports; prepare owner billings; ensure timely payables.Execution / Docs : Deliver to spec / quality; manage RFIs, submittals, field directives, NCRs.Preferred Background & Skills
PMP or similar credentialProcore, Bluebeam, or comparable construction softwareStrong negotiation skills; multi-project management experienceBilingual (Spanish / English) a pluspost
