Job Summary

  • This position is relocating to Colorado

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of diverse construction projects. You’ll own budgeting, scheduling, safety, and team coordination to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec.

Project Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • 100,000–$130,000 DOE; relocation available

    • Project Manager Qualifications

  • 8+ years managing construction projects
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or related
  • Proven leadership of internal teams and subs
  • Strong estimating, scheduling, and cost control skills
  • Fluent with contracts (Lump Sum, Design-Build, CMGC)
  • Able to read drawings / specs; excellent communication & decision-making
  • Work Arrangement : 5 days / week in‑office (no hybrid / remote)

    • Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Safety / Compliance : Enforce safety programs; stop work when needed.
  • Estimating / Planning : Lead estimates; identify risks; build schedules / budgets; interpret drawings.
  • Contracts / Legal : Manage change notices, delays, claims; align with owner obligations.
  • Clients / Stakeholders : Maintain relationships; lead project meetings.
  • Subs / Vendors : Source / negotiates; issue POs / subs; track performance & payments.
  • Staff / Resources : Coordinate onsite teams; align resources with Division leadership.
  • Financials : Monitor budgets & cost reports; prepare owner billings; ensure timely payables.
  • Execution / Docs : Deliver to spec / quality; manage RFIs, submittals, field directives, NCRs.

    • Preferred Background & Skills

  • PMP or similar credential
  • Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable construction software
  • Strong negotiation skills; multi-project management experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus
