Daily Responsibilities : Operate and drive trucks to transport construction equipment in the Northern Va,DC and Maryland area Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues Maintain miles spent driving and retain fuel receipts Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Required Skills : Class A CDL DOT Compliance knowledge Experience Trailer and loading of construction equipment High School Diploma Valid Medical Card Nice to Have Skills : Experience Loading & Unloading, Equipment Operation, Forklift Operation, Driving, Company Information : Jones Utilities Construction, Inc. is a premier provider of underground utility and fiber optic construction services, committed to delivering quality work safely, on time, and within budget.
