We Are Looking For Someone Who :

• Likes to move at a fast pace, ability to operate in an evolving workplace environment
• Has experience using CRM software and tracking / managing potential clients
• Has fantastic interpersonal skills and is excited to speak with new people
• Is comfortable speaking with parents over the phone
• Respects process, can remain diligent and thorough when moving throughout the enrollment process
• Has keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem solving skills

Job Summary : Ally Behavior is looking for an Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist who can support a variety of needs within the company's outreach department. The department is responsible for the company's overall growth, reaching children in need, and educating families of our community. Candidates for this role should expect to assist with the enrollment process at all stages and overall support for the families we serve.
