About the Role :

As the Manager of Design Technology Systems , you’ll be the driving force behind the implementation, support, and continuous evolution of the firm’s design tools and systems—including Civil 3D, the Autodesk AEC Suite, Bluebeam, LandFX, and more. Your work will directly enhance the quality, speed, and consistency of project delivery across our core service lines : Civil Engineering, Survey, Planning and Landscape Architecture, supporting multidisciplinary excellence throughout the organization.

This is a highly collaborative and influential role that sits at the crossroads of technology, operations, and end-user experience. You’ll partner with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and design teams to ensure our systems don’t just function—they perform.
