Physician Schedule Details :

Week & Weekends 10, 12, 16hr shifts

On-Call required

o CALL DETAILS :

First Call MDs from home

General 1 : 8 home call physician rotation.

On call day, you will not be on shift until 5 : 00pm that evening. If you come in, there will be a CRNAs on site with you until 11pm in addition to OB CRNA and OB Physician covering OB.

You may take call from home if a case is not running as long as you are within a 30-minute callback time. You will get off the next morning at 7 : 00am and have post call day off.

General Pager Call

Weekday, Mon Fri 14hrs , 5p-7a

Weekend, Sat Sun 24hrs , 7a-7a

General-Main OR 1 st Pager Call

Sat 14hrs , 5p-7a

TYPES OF CASES : Neuro, GI, EP, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho

o OB : Providence Portland 7a-7a 2 CRNA rooms with 1 MD Medical Directing

OB physicians to work a 24-hour shift schedule with CRNA on avg 2 per week (rotate between the 5)
