• Oversee all back-of-house operations while maintaining a clean organized and efficient kitchen.

• Implement new menu items policies and procedures ensuring strict recipe adherence and top-tier food quality.
• Manage ordering inventory scheduling and strong communication between front and back of house.
• Modernize the menu through from-scratch quarterly specials and innovative culinary updates.
