Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead and grow our residential electrical division. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and mentor electricians, ensure safety and compliance, and help drive revenue growth. The Electrical Manager will also collaborate closely with other department leaders to maintain Bardi's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed electricians and apprentices.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and dispatch to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all electrical work meets NEC standards, safety protocols, and local codes.
- Support technicians in the field with technical expertise and problem-solving.
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to maximize opportunities for service and installations.
- Track and report on performance metrics (efficiency, revenue, customer satisfaction).
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of electrical team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Valid Georgia Electrical License (Contractor or Journeyman level preferred).5+ years of electrical experience; 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems.Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.What we offer :
