Job Summary :

The provider will be focusing on wellness visits, physicals, prescribing and tending to urgent care cases. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and nutritionists. This position offers a unique opportunity for a healthcare professional to have a positive impact on the well-being of factory employees, foster relationships, and contribute to a healthier and safer work environment. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees overall well-being.

Qualifications / Requirements :

A Masters Degree in Nursing is required.

Current Illinois State Nurse Practitioner License.

Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports.

Previous experience is preferred but not required.

BLS and CPR certification preferred.
