Mechanical Engineer

Actalent is hiring a Mechanical Engineer (HVAC Design) in NYC!

the role is a HYBRID schedule and mainly a DESIGN role

Key Responsibilities :

• Design mechanical systems, including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air and hydronic distribution systems, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation, and controls.
• Perform system design calculations and analyze mechanical system options using industry-standard engineering and energy modeling software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and standards.
• Prepare design documents, including basis of design reports, drawings (Revit), and specifications.
• Review design deliverables for technical accuracy and presentation quality.
• Coordinate work with architects and engineers from other disciplines.
• Contribute to mission-critical and healthcare projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00 / hr.
