Position Summary :
Cambridge Associates is seeking an experienced Director, Composite Performance to lead and oversee the composite performance for the firm’s track records. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance calculations and GIPS standards, serving as an internal subject matter expert on selecting composites, performance and moving the firm towards adopting GIPS standards.This role requires a strategic thinker that can partner with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure preparedness and compliance and overseeing the maintenance of all composite-related deliverables. The role can be Director or Associate Director level, based on the candidate’s qualifications.

Qualifications :
The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $199,600 In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
