Role Summary

Intuitive, user-centered product design is the foundation of our business. Sitting at the intersection of product development, engineering, and customer success, the product design lead will be a critical, early leader at Adaptive - one who shapes our product to their vision. Through their work, the designer will synthesize complex concepts and user-experience demands into product concepts that delight and engage our customers.

Responsibilities

Rely on user-centered design to create a product that will reshape the construction industry - from concept to execution

Collaborate directly with our team of engineers and product managers to translate product requirements into intuitive solutions

Rapidly integrate user feedback into design changes

Advocate for product designs, improvements, and workflows based on your granular understanding of our customers and their needs

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing beautiful, simple, and intuitive software products

Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and customer success

Demonstrated ability to discover design requirements unique to your customer base

Ability to lead and ideate software products and features from scratch

Comfortable working in an unstructured, dynamic environment
