Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for skilled trades production and engineering roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills experience and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidates manage pipelines and generate reports.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
