About the role :

Talent Management suite of products at Rippling supports the entire employee lifecycle including : recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning management, and the overall employee experience All of these products are fully interconnected and enable Rippling’s customers to grow both individuals as well as teams at both small and Enterprise companies.

This engineering role will be responsible for architecting and building the product infrastructure required to connect all these products together. Building a suite of core products and services that enables the next generation of products to integrate and scale. There are challenges across the product teams that range from building for usability to scaling for massive growth and a wide array of engineering requirements.

What You'll Do :

• Work closely with both product teams and platform teams to build interconnected and scalable solutions
• Work both within and across product teams to enable them to produce quality software that is shipped incrementally and continually at a high velocity
• Help shape the product infrastructure used by Rippling
• Innovate and Lead : Design and develop high-quality software products, driving architectural decisions and overseeing the complete product delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate and Execute : Coordinate cross-team collaborations, integrate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap, and drive successful delivery execution.
• Mentor and Inspire : Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here .

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

180,000 - 315,000 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
