Detailed Description

The Account Manager is responsible for conducting field work to expand Netsync's client base and for maintaining relationships with assigned account partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in an outside sales environment to identify opportunities and manage them through the entire sales life cycle; this includes, but is not limited to, visiting client sites, bringing clients in for tours, entertaining clients in social settings, etc
  • Drive within the assigned territory and designated location parameters
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, including but not limited to conducting local and online research, making phone calls, and networking through existing contacts and clients
  • Build and maintain key relationships with strategic clients and manufacturing partners
  • Develop a strong understanding of Netsync's products and services in order to communicate these effectively to potential clients and partners
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Netsync's internal operations to effectively coordinate efforts across different business units
  • Responsible for achieving top-line revenue and gross profit (annual GP target : $650K)
  • Enter account data and related metrics into the CRM system for manager review
  • Some travel required to attend trainings, partner events, and Netsync required gatherings

  • Be service-oriented and focused on meeting the needs of clients, manufacturing partners, and Netsync
  • Perform well under pressure and confidently handle executive-level conversations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of OEM sales programs and understand how to leverage them to maximize success as an Account Manager
  • Maintain a strong drive for professional growth and consistently strive to exceed sales goals
  • Minimum Qualifications / Technical and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience  in corporate account management and sales preferred
