SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

About the company :

FUERTE is the first physician-founded healthcare networking app, designed to strengthen connections between medical providers, offices, and field reps. We’re building the future of healthcare communication and want YOU to help us grow our online presence.

About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who can take FUERTE’s digital presence to the next level. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates with experience managing social media accounts who want to apply their skills in a fast-growing startup.

You’ll manage FUERTE’s online platforms, generate fresh content ideas, and work closely with both our field reps and our in-house designer to create content that’s trend-savvy yet brand-consistent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow FUERTE’s Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit accounts
  • Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule
  • Create and publish daily content (photos, reels, stories, graphics, captions)
  • Collaborate with the company designer to develop visuals that match FUERTE’s branding
  • Suggest and guide content ideas for field reps (what to film, trending angles, behind-the-scenes)
  • Stay on top of social media trends and integrate them into FUERTE’s brand voice
  • Monitor engagement and track performance (growth, reach, engagement rate)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing social media accounts (brand, org, business, or personal project)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit best practices
  • Creative thinker who can balance trend-driven content with professional branding
  • Strong communication skills for working with both reps and the design team
  • Interest in healthcare, tech, or digital marketing is a plus

    • Compensation & Schedule

  • $25 / hour

    • Part-time : 2–3 hours per day (flexible scheduling)
