We are currently seeking an experienced person to join our support team in San Antonio. The position is Accounts Payable Specialist . Typical AP duties include bill paying, reconciling various accounts, daily bank transfers, managing vendors in QuickBooks, compliance management of insurance certificates, W-9's, lien waivers etc...
Office Administration type responsibilities include managing Post Office & Fed Ex related items, managing office equipment and various annual renewals such as auto registrations and alarm permits.
- Pay will be determined based on experience
