Dynamic Process Engineer to join our Injection Molding team. In this role, you’ll design, optimize, and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting new mold launches, and leading technical development for our team.

What y ou will be doing as a Process Engineer :

• Develop, maintain, and improve injection molding processes
• Solve manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis
• Analyze data to reduce scrap, cut cycle time, and control costs
• Standardize equipment, methods, and documentation
• Support mold trials, launches, and capital improvement projects
• Train and mentor technicians and technical staff
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Automation teams
