Urgent Care NP / PA Locum Opportunity in Rockford, IL

Amergis has a client that provides urgent care services, and is seeking NP / PA for a locum position at their Rockford, IL location.

Position Details :

• Start Date : ASAP (90-day assignment with possible extension)
• Schedule :
• Monday to Friday : 8 am - 8 pm
• Saturday to Sunday : 8 am - 2 pm
• 36 hours of patient contact, 4 hours of administrative duties
• Rotating shifts (8 or 10 hours)
• Weekend availability preferred
• Patient Volume : 25-40 patients daily
• EMR System : ECW (eClinicalWorks)
• Requirements :
• Board Certification (BC)
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• CSR (if applicable)
