The Role : As our School Nurse, you'll be responsible for the health and well-being of our students. Your role will include : ?Assess, monitor, and manage students with chronic health conditions ? Maintain accurate and confidential nursing records for students ? Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as school district policies, related to health services in schools ? Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' health concerns, medications, and necessary follow-up ?Collaborate with Administration, teachers, and other school staff to support students' physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications : To succeed in this role, you should possess : ? A valid RN / LPN license in Florida. ? Pediatric nursing experience (preferred). ? Compassion and a nurturing spirit. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Dedication to the well-being of children. ? CPR and First Aid certification.
